'Socialising Across Cultures' Business Skills Module

inlingua Socialising Across Cultures is a business English programme covering the language skills necessary to communicate across borders.  It will, for example, be helpful to people who often travel on business trips or who frequently receive visitors from abroad.

The inlingua Socialising Business Skills Module is offered at Level 1 (pre-Intermediate) and Level 2 (Intermediate). The Module is designed for students learning English, and to complement the speaking skills they already have.

Level 1 is 3 Units which can be covered in 15 hours by the student who already has a good basic knowledge of English.  The focus is on communication skill (as used during typical social contact with business acquaintances).  There are up-to-date business scenarios.  Each Unit helps you to learn the target language in an interesting way.  You will build your bank of useful vocabulary and practise new expressions.  The course can be customised to suit a wide range of professional backgrounds.  There are listening exercises.  The course also deals with techniques for enhancing communication between non-native speakers.

Level 2 is 6 Units which can be covered in 30 hours by the student who is already lower Intermediate and above in ability.
