Real Estate Business Skills Module (minimum 2 participants, maximum 6)

inlingua Real Estate is designed for foreign real estate agents who need to improve their English in order to work with English-speaking clients. It covers different countries and is more useful for residential real estate agents.

The inlingua Real Estate Business Skills Module is offered at Level 2 (Intermediate). The Module is designed for students learning English.

Level 2 is 6 Units which can be covered in 20-30 hours by the student who is already lower Intermediate and above in ability.  A variety of topics are covered including property characteristics, visits, property market, negotiations, legal and finance.

Also available as part of Professional Executive Programme (15-35 hours per week).

All fees include registration, testing, books/materials and tuition (Courses at Clementi are GST zero-rated; course fees at Orchard include 7 per cent Goods and Service Tax.
