Formal Policy for Complaints and Grievances
- If you are not happy with our service or with your programme, you can fill in our 'Complaint and Grievance Form'. This form is available at reception.
- Please fill in your name, student number, telephone number, address, course, start date, end date and your complaint. Please also put today's date.
- School management will try to help you or give you a written or verbal explanation.
Case Mediation Centre
- If you are still not happy, the dispute can be submitted for mediation at the CASE Mediation Centre.
- Your complaint will be handled by experienced mediators.
- The cost of this mediation service to the student is S$35, S$50 or S$100 for refund claims of S$5,000 or less, S$5,001-S$10,000 or S$10,001-S$20,000.
- If the argument is not settled within 30 days, you will be referred to the Singapore International Arbitration Centre.
